Housing & Eviction Resources for Families

If you have received an eviction notice or have been recently evicted, please take the time to share your information with us and we will work to connect you to services to help you! It is imperative for us to be aware of situations like this so that we can support you and your children through this process, as YOU have the right to take advantage of all the resources the district has to offer to you through TPS' Homeless Education Office, and as part of the McKinney Vento umbrella.

Families can also contact the Landlord-Tenant Resource Center’s Social Services Hub, which is a local center devoted to supporting Tulsans through unfair eviction cases, advocating for them, and offering guidance about next steps aiming to prevent them from becoming homeless.

If you are facing housing instability, have received a late notice, or court summons help is available. The Social Services HUB is Tulsa County’s current eviction diversion/prevention program. The HUB is a collaborative effort between the Tulsa County District Court, Tulsa area agencies, and the Housing Solutions Landlord Tenant Resource Center.

In operation every Monday-Thursday from 1-4:30 at 501 W. Archer (Iron Gate), the HUB runs in conjunction with the Tulsa County Eviction Docket to provide access to resource for both landlords and tenants facing or experiencing eviction. HUB partners include the Landlord Tenant Resource Center, Restore Hope, Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma Inc. (LASO), Tulsa County Bar Association (TCBA) Still She Rises, Early Settlement Mediation, Financial Empowerment Center, and more.
